IPO Details
Jaro Education, officially known as Jaro Institute of Technology Management and Research Limited, filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) on September 30, 2024. The purpose was to raise approximately ₹570 crore through an Initial Public Offering (IPO). The IPO plan included a fresh issue of ₹150 crore and an offer for sale of shares worth ₹420 crore by existing shareholders. As of now, the company has not announced the final date for the IPO.
