Philips Domestic Appliances and Preethi Kitchen Appliances Private Limited got demerged from Philips India and worked as a separate company from 1 July 2021.
On July 1, 2021, it demerged from Philips India, along with Preethi Kitchen Appliances Private Limited, to operate as an independent entity.
